研究背景:大學是青少年邁入成年過程中健康行為發展定型的重要關鍵時期,若能盡早矯正其不良健康習慣,將可能降低未來發生疾病的機率。結合科技通訊技術是目前健康管理趨勢,透過資訊科技支援系統,提供健康資訊與服務。若應用於學生健康管理過程,除有效提升學校護理人員管理品質,亦可協助促進學生健康行為。故發展有信效度之個別化健康管理資訊平台,是一值得進行的議題。
研究目的:對所發展一有理論與實證支持之大學校園e化健康管理平台,進行專家效度檢定,以確認該平台達健康管理之效。
研究方法:以介入構圖intervention mapping(IM)六步驟引導發展校園e化健康管理平台;(1)健康問題評估及確立;(2)確認改變問題的決定因素、管理對象及服務方向;(3)健康管理平台發展之理論依據;(4)健康管理平台之內容設計;(5)健康管理平台介面e化過程;(6) e化健康管理平台之評價。依據104-106學年某校新生體檢健康問題診斷,將以過重及肥胖,以及代謝症候群及其高危險群等為本研究欲發展之健康管理平台目標族群,依據社會認知理論提供健康管理項目的選定與平台欲達到的健康管理功能。最後透過專家效度檢定驗證。以確保所發展之e化健康管理平台具信效度,期達有效的運用在學生的健康管理上。
結果:所設計之健康管理平台八項內容項目進行專家效度檢定,除有一項目之I-CVI為0.71外其他達0.78以上且S-CVI為0.93,進行內容檢視探討後再依人機介面設計八原則予數位化結果。而e化健康管理平台經由專家效度檢定下內容適用性S-CVI為0.95、文字清晰度S-CVI為0.99及介面設計S-CVI為0.97,具良好內容效度,確認平台單元內容符合研究主題,並表示「介入構圖」六步驟是有用的工具去發展一以理論為基礎可行的健康管理平台。
結論:經由需求評估、目標確立以及理論基礎進行平台設計的系統化流程,本e化健康管理平台設計具良好內容效度。未來將根據研究結果進行內容修訂,以達發揮其本平台最大功能。同時納入有相關潛在健康問題的學生並進行管理,實際使用本平台,以驗證其實際使用可達之成效。本研究設立e化平台過程與方法可提供給有此需求之團體作為發展相關管理網站之模板參考。
Background: It is a key period for young people to develop healthy behaviors when studying in university. Correcting unhealthy behaviors may reduce the probability of future diseases. It will improve management quality of school nursing staff and promote health behavior of students effectively by applying communication technology in the process of health management of college students. Hence, the development of an individualized eHealth management platform with validity and reliability is important. Methods: This study will conduct intervention mapping (IM) six steps process. Based on the diagnosis of health problems among freshmen, students with overweight/obesity, metabolic syndrome and the high-risk of metabolic syndrome will be the target groups to develop eHealth management platform. The expert content validity will be tested to evaluate the validation and reliability. Results: The S-CVI of eight content items of the designed eHealth management platform was 0.93 tested for the expert. The eHealth management platform S-CVI of applicability was 0.95, S-CVI of textual was 0.99 and the S-CVI of the interface design was 0.97. It has good content validity and shows that it is a useful process to develop a theory-based viable health management platform. Conclusion: The platform design through demand assessment, goal establishment, and theoretical basis have good expert validity. We suggest that edit the content according to the research results to the completed function of the platform. And the potential users' acceptance of technological information will be tested to evaluate the validation. The step-by-step process of this study can be provided to schools as a template for developing management platform.
