本研究採用過判斷抽樣法及書面問卷發放方式,探討心理契約對組織公民行為的影響,以及工作滿意度在心理契約對組織公民行為的影響,是否具有中介效果。本研究的研究母體是社團法人台灣螺絲貿易協會的會員名單,問卷施測試對象是上述會員名單中,來自15家台灣螺絲扣件製造廠商的256位從業人員,透過統計分析,本研究的實證發現有以下數點:
一、 直接效果
1. 心理契約(交易性契約及關係性契約)會顯著正向影響有利組織行為。
2. 心理契約(交易性契約及關係性契約)會顯著正向影響有利同事行為。
3. 心理契約(交易性契約及關係性契約)會顯著正向影響工作滿意度。
4. 工作滿意度會顯著正向影響有利組織行為。
5. 工作滿意度會顯著正向影響有利同事行為。
二、 中介效果
1. 交易性契約會透過工作滿意度的「完全中介」效果,顯著正向影響組織公民行為(有利組織行為及有利同事行為)。
2. 關係性契約會透過工作滿意度的「部份中介」效果,顯著正向影響有利同事行為。
This study used judgment sampling method and written questionnaire distribution method to explore the influence of psychological contract on organizational citizenship behavior, and whether job satisfaction has an mediating effect on the influence of psychological contract on organizational citizenship behavior. The research body of this study is the member list of the Taiwan Screw Trade Association. The questionnaire test subjects are 256 employees from 15 Taiwan screw fastener manufacturers in the above member list. Through statistical analysis, the empirical findings of this study are There are several points:
I. Direct effect:
1. Psychological contracts (transactional contracts and relational contracts) will significantly positively affect beneficial organizational behavior.
2. Psychological contracts (transactional contracts and relational contracts) will significantly and positively affect the behaviors that benefit colleagues.
3. Psychological contracts (transactional and relational contracts) will significantly positively affect job satisfaction.
4. Job satisfaction will significantly positively affect favorable organizational behaviors.
5. Job satisfaction will significantly and positively affect the behavior of beneficial colleagues.
II. Mediating effect:
1. Transactional contracts will significantly and positively affect organizational citizenship behavior (favorable organizational behavior and colleague behavior) through the "complete intermediary" effect of job satisfaction.
2. Relational contracts will significantly and positively influence the behavior of beneficial colleagues through the "partial intermediary" effect of job satisfaction.
