  •   本研究利用射出成型模流分析軟體來模擬肋板元件之成型過程。調整補強肋之圓角半徑和寬度等設計參數,並改變肋的數目,觀察各參數對成型品的翹曲變形(Warpage)及補強肋對成型品表面凹痕(Sink marks)的影響。
      經由模擬結果顯示,補強肋的寬度變化影響凹痕現象大於補強肋之圓角半徑變化;肋的數目越多,熱殘留應力(Thermally-induced residual stress)就愈大,故翹曲變形量因而增加。

     This research are applied to simulate the plastic injection molding by using the commercial software Moldex3D, imitated the ribbed Plate component. Adjust such design parameters as the radius and width of round angle of the rib, change the figure of the rib, observe the warpage to the shaping product of every parameter out of shape and mend the strong rib to the sink marks of shaping product surface Influence.
     The result shows via imitating, It influences the sink mark phenomenon and greater than the change of radius of round angle which mends the strong rib to mend the width change of the strong rib;To many figure have rib, thermally-induced residual stress to be right away heavy. So therefore the deformation amount of warpage increases.
