智慧型手機在日常生活中越來越普遍,同樣的,介面的設計也顯得更加重要,本研究以結構方程模式(Structural Equation Modeling)為研究方法,參考Jean Étheir所提出的理論,介面設計會影響使用者認知性評價,並進而讓使用者產生正、負面情緒。
接著以其發展的量表為基礎,輔以半結構式訪談法去做問項的修正及任務的設計。受測者在完成指定任務之後,即開始填寫問卷。問卷由8個構面組成,分別為:圖像使用者介面設計、認知性評價、喜好、愉悅、自信、討厭、挫折及恐懼。其中各構面有若干題項,而構面之評分即來自於其內題項的平均分數。實驗借用實體通路商家的場地及體驗機,讓受測者可實機操作。
在最後的研究中,共蒐集了138份有效樣本,最後得到的結果,對介面的評價中,iOS的評分略顯優勢。圖像使用者介面的設計會影響認知性評價,且兩者呈現正相關。在操作過程中,對認知性的評價越高,則對正面情緒評價就越高。在操作過程中,對認知性的評價越低,則對負面情緒的評價就越高。而在Android OS及iOS多群組的分析則發現,測量模式在不同群組之間不會有顯著差異,此假設亦成立。
The increasing popularity in Smartphone usage has raised the importance of its user interface (UI) designs. According to the theory proposed by Jean Étheir: interface designs affect the cognitive evaluation of the users, thus their positive and negative emotions.
This study adopts Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) as a method. We utilize a modified version of Étheir’s questionnaire, along with semi- structured interview, to adjust the questions and designs of the user task. The questionnaire consists of eight constructs: UI design, cognitive appraisal, liking, joy, pride, dislike, frustration, and fear. Each construct contains several items. Each appraisal of the construct is coming from the average score of its items. Subjects would fill in these questionnaires after completing the designated tasks. With support from the local business, the user experience experiment is accomplished in physical retail channels.
This study takes 138 valid samples as the basis for statistical analysis. Result shows that iOS has an advantage on the evaluation of its interface. Its UI design has a positive impact on the cognitive appraisal on the situational state. The research hypothesis, multi-group analysis is invariant for both Android OS and iOS, is also validated.
