摘要

隨著永續發展對人文環境層面的重視，住宅環境所關心的議題，由對空間機能『量』的需求，逐漸趨向對心理層面『質』的關注。本研究經由環境與使用者心理的連結與相互影響，探討使用者與地方的依附關係，期有裨益於未來住宅環境永續人文發展的討論。
本研究主要以『環境行為學』與『環境心理學』為理論基礎，探討集合住宅社區空間型態的類型與其個別的地方依附現況，及其使用者對外部空間規劃認知的狀況。
本研究針對社區居民進行問卷調查，再以因素分析以及多變量分析的t檢定與單因子變異數加以分析，得到影響地方依附性的因子為：『環境舒適與滿意』、『社區參與』、『鄰里關係』、『活動頻率』與『環境經驗』。研究結果發現，住宅外部空間型態的組成有利於凝聚不同的依附性因子；使用者屬性與地方依附有顯著的關係。此外，當地方依附性加入實質環境特質的探討，環境的舒適與滿意將優先於其他因素的考量。因此欲凝聚使用者的地方依附關係，須先滿足使用者對環境空間機能與社會心理狀況的需求，方能成為社區發展中社會力量的根基。

Abstract
As the sustainable development pays much attention on the humanistic environment, the subject of the resident environment had gradually changed from the quantity requirement of the space function to the quality concern of the psychology demands. The research is intended to discuss the users’ attachment to the living environment by the interaction between living environment and users’ mental connection. It will benefit for the future discussion about the development of the sustainable humanity and physical environment.
The research adopted the environment behavior and environment psychology as the theory base to illustrate the Outdoor space forms of collecting housing, the current situation of the individual place attachment, and the factors which influenced the users’ mental attachment.
According to the questionnaire research and multivariate analysis, the research had illustrated three primly conclusion. There were five relevant factors that influenced the place attachment; they are “environment fulfillments”, “community attendance”, “neighborhood relationship”, “activity frequency” and “environmental experience”. Moreover, Outdoor space form is helpful to improve the users’ place attachment. Furthermore, the users would be influenced by their social characteristic too. Besides, the satisfactions of physical environment would be superior to the mentally fulfillment when putting the place attachment into the discussion of the essential environment. Therefore, to unite the users’ place attachment as the foundation of the community society development, fulfill the users’ requirement of the environment function and social mental should be the highest priority.
