本論文主要討論CCD影像儀中CCD陣列和光學成像系統的參數搭配,並兼論中華衛星二號科學酬載紅色精靈影像儀之光學特性之測試。CCD的像素大小和光學成像系統斑點之間的關係影響整體成像系統效能。而成像系統的MTF ( Modulation Transfer Function ) 會受到成像系統每個部分的MTF表現所牽動。另一部份,我們摹擬一組光學成像系統並實際在實驗室中架設CCD影像儀進行測試,並對照摹擬之結果來分析測得之影像。
This work considers the parameter matching in a CCD imaging system, particularly the correspondence between the CCD pixel and optical spot sizes, as well as the imaging quality, which is characterized by MTF (Modulation Transfer Function). Examples include the ISUAL CCD Imager of ROCSAT-2’s Scientific payload. Simulations and real laboratory tests have been performed and discussed.
