本研究利用頂端接種熔融製程的方式成長YBaCuO的單晶及雙晶塊材,並將La-Sr-Mn-O超巨磁阻薄膜沈積在晶格匹配佳的LaAlO3、YBaCuO單晶基板及不同晶界角度的YBaCuO雙晶基板上,探討熱處理溫度及晶界角度對薄膜微結構及磁阻特性的影響。
實驗結果顯示LSMO/YBCO薄膜會有孔洞及裂縫存在,而經過900℃、兩個小時熱處理後會有方形的析出物產生,且薄膜平整度較LSMO/LAO差。
對於LSMO/YBCO薄膜,在熱處理溫度900℃時有最佳的結晶性及磁阻變化率,而LSMO/LAO薄膜適合的熱處理溫度為700℃,且兩薄膜的金屬-絕緣體特性轉換溫度TM-I皆大於300K,在室溫300K及低溫70K時有較佳的磁阻變化率;對於沈積在不同晶界角度YBCO雙晶基板的跨晶界LSMO薄膜,較大的晶界角度會有較佳的磁阻變化率。
Many researches indicate that the electric and magnetic properties of the La-Sr-Mn-O film were strongly depend on substrate due to the lattice matching condition. In this work, La-Sr-Mn-O film have be deposited on small lattice mismatch substrates, (100) LaAlO3, single and bicrystal (001)YBaCuO by rf-sputtering. Then we do the XRD, SEM, AFM and TEM analysis to discuss the annealing and grain boundary effect on crystal structure and magnetoresistive properties.
It is observed that the films grown on LAO and YBCO have high prefer orientation, and the crystallinity and MR% of the films increase after annealing. Some rectangular crystalline structures appear when the LSMO/YBCO anneal at 900℃. For the films grown on bi-crystal YBCO substrates with different mis-orientation angle, inter-grain MR% increases with increasing the angle of grain boundary.
