高科技產業之一的TFT-LCD 面板業,是資本與技術密集產業,為了因應迅速的技術創新以及快速變動的市場需求,勢必要投入大量的研發成本及品質改善成本來保持競爭力,也因為新產品不斷的被研發,新的失效模式(或稱為品質不良)不斷的產生,這些不良嚴重者有可能導致客戶停止生產,因此品質的提升與成本的下降都相當重要。本研究將經由Vensim軟體,架構一個符合實際狀況的模型並且結合P-F-A模型,使用系統動力學方法來分析及衡量鑑定成本與失敗成本對於各不同組織因素間的影響,幫助決策者能模擬實施對策後得到的預估品質成本狀況,能幫助決策者了解實施對策後對於品質成本影響的關鍵因素。
TFT-LCD is One of the capital and technology-intensive industries, In response to rapid technological innovation and rapid changes in market demand . It is bound to put a lot of R & D costs and quality improvement costs to remain competitive, because of new products are constantly being developed cause the new failure modes (or poor quality) Continue to emerge, these defect may lead customers to stop production. Therefore, to improve the quality and cost down are both very important. In this study, the model through Vensim software architecture of a realistic situation and combine PFA model, use a system dynamics approach can analyse and measure the amount of appraisal cost and failure cost effects on cost of quality in different factors of organizations. To help decision makers can simulate the countermeasures to get the estimated cost of quality and understand the key factors for the impacts of countermeasures quality cost.
