SUMMARY
Taiwan's panel industry has faced many challenges and opportunities in recent years. The threat of the red supply chain and the Covid-19 have made the supply chain unstable and broken, and is also led to production delays and rapid changes in demand. While facing these difficulties, the rapid development of technology has also greatly changed the way enterprises interact with each other in production and operation. Therefore, this study takes "Innolux" as the research object, and the purpose of the research is to discuss the process and results of Innolux's digital transformation, and to analyze how the results influence the interaction between the Innolux and stakeholders to solve the problem that each stakeholder met in their operations. Moreover, each of the enterprise can achieve the individual and collective value at the same time.
This research takes the qualitative research method with a single case: Taiwan's panel industry – Innolux. Based on the theoretical basis of "digital transformation" and "value co-creation".
According to the results of this research, it is found that digital transformation can be the solution when enterprises face many threats. First of all, companies need to understand the pain points they face, and use them as motivation for digital transformation. The results of digital transformation will increase interaction opportunities for the company and its stakeholders. These results can also help other stakeholders solve pain points, establish a governance mechanism for the exchange of resources and services, and maintain a good interactive relationship. Through continuous interactive learning and resource exchange, stakeholders can improve each other's capabilities, and enhance the overall competitiveness of the industry.
