在第二次工業革命之後科學技術不斷大躍進,隨之帶來人口與經濟的大幅增長,地球各種資源不斷地大量被開發與消耗,導致全球人類在享受科技化產品的生活之下,也面臨共同承擔各種全球化的環境污染問題。在各種環境污染問題中,空汙問題一直不斷的影響人體健康,因為現代化產生的大量空氣污染物長期停留在環境中,而人類因需要藉著不斷的呼吸才能維持生命,所以嚴重空汙問題對人類的生命危脅相當大。台灣政府為了預防此問題,每當空氣品質指數偏高時就開始呼籲國人盡量減少外出處於室內,所以國人待在室內的時間就相對比以往高出許多,但是空氣污染物極小的分子仍有機會由戶外擴散至室內中,所以國人選擇空氣清淨機改善室內空氣品質是一項不錯的方案。
2019年底COVID-19病毒在全球各地快速的蔓延擴散,導致全球感染確診與死亡人數迅速攀升,嚴重影響各國經濟發展與人民生活,台灣政府為了防堵疫情擴散也實施人員流動管制,國人只能盡量處於居家室內並減少與他人接觸,由於目前病毒無法藉由一般簡單方法快速辨識,所以只能利用個人勤洗手、消毒劑噴灑或擦拭方式加強消毒自家環境,以預防病毒在自家環境中傳播擴散。
因為空氣污染與傳染疾病問題,導致國人現況處在室內時間相較以往增加許多,所以室內環境品質與消毒也相對需求許多,但是調查目前室內環境品質改善的產品大多僅以空氣淨化為主,似乎環境消毒功能尚未在空氣淨化器上完整設計開發,所以本研究希望針對室內空氣自動消毒功能進行產品研究設計。
本研究目標希望利用二氧化氯消毒劑在對人體無害的濃度下,仍具有高度消毒滅菌能力的特性,開發設計使用Arduino執行運作產生二氧化氯氣溶膠,並利用Arduino自動化偵測與控制消毒目標移動物與空間環境。在本研究計畫過程中擬先收集相關文獻及法規,透過問卷調查瞭解需求後展開QFD相關矩陣並分析關鍵因數,再依關鍵因數設計製初步成品並加以測試與驗證,最後將產品驗證結果進行分析與提出改善建議,希望能對未來的室內生活環境改善產品有所貢獻。
The goal of this research is to use chlorine dioxide disinfectant to still have high disinfection and sterilization ability at a concentration that is harmless to the human body, develop and design using Arduino to perform operations to generate chlorine dioxide aerosol, and use Arduino to automatically detect and control the movement of the disinfection target objects and the space environment. In the process of this research plan, it is planned to first collect relevant literature and regulations, and then develop the QFD correlation matrix and analyze the key factors after understanding the needs through questionnaires, and then design and manufacture preliminary products according to the key factors and test and verify them. Analyze and propose improvement suggestions, hoping to contribute to future indoor living environment improvement products.
