公路隧道在各種潛在災害的預防與緊急事件的應變救援上,具變因多、聯絡困難與狀況不易掌握等難題,且此類特性隨隧道長度增加而益加顯著。國內隧道工程於營運安全常參考歐、美、日本等國經驗,據以設置相關措施,在經營與管理等層面,已有許多相關的研究。然而卻鮮少探討駕駛者於公路長隧道環境中所受之影響,及其駕駛行為分析。
有鑑於民國95年北宜高速公路雪山隧道正式通車,其為世界第五大隧道,東南亞第一大隧道,是台北到宜蘭之主要交通孔道。在這樣的背景下,本研究擬以雪山隧道之駕駛行為為研究範例。首先蒐集與整理國內外隧道災害案例,並從人為因素之角度來歸納事故的特性與原因。駕駛人的人因包含層面非常廣泛,本研究以駕駛分心為主題來分析長隧道駕駛者之駕駛績效。由於長隧道屬於特殊的駕駛環境,其受到安全設施的相關規定與管理法規的管制,因此本研究排除因外界因子而導致的分心行為,專以內在因子的駕駛專注力作為主要探討的課題。
國內外許多文獻都有建立駕駛分心的指標,其中包括生理儀器之量測與駕駛數據的分析。本研究以風險感認之理論來表示駕駛專注力之指標,以得知駕駛者主觀感受,並利用駕駛模擬器收集駕駛之客觀行車數據,最後再進行兩者相互對照、驗證。除此之外,將加入汽車科技、標誌設計、以及其他可能幫助駕駛人提升在長隧道之駕駛專注力與安全性的策略。最後證明這些策略是明顯有效的。
The highway tunnel, prevention in various kinds of potential calamities, have many factors,and with the difficult problem that the state is not easy to handle. This kind of characteristic is up to the increase of the length of the tunnel and increasingly apparent. Internal tunnel project with regard to safe and operation for the tunnel often consult foreign tunnel experience, such as America and Europe, Japan, etc. According to set up the relevant measure on the hardware aspects, such as management and administration, etc. But the effects of driving in long highway tunnel and driving performance, etc. are still lack of a systematic research.
The Hsuehshan Tunnel, the 5th long tunnel in the world, has a total distance of 12.9km. As the open of the tunnel, traffic demand between Taipei and I-Lan increases dramatically However, driver behavior analysis for long tunnels need to be developed and evaluated accordingly in order to alleviate traffic congestion due to high demand and/or possible incidents. The driver's human factor aspects are very extensive, this research focus on the driving performance of the Hsuehshan Tunnel drivers by driver distraction for the theme. This research exclude external behavior of driver distraction that factor cause, and focus on driver inattention that is mainly subject.
Domestic and international references set up driver distraction indicators, include examine of physiological instrument and analysis of driving data. This research expresses driver attention indicator with risk perception, in order to understand the driver experiences subjectively. The driving data are collected by experiments on driving simulator (DS).Finally, carry on driver experiences and driving data to contrast each other. In addition, join advanced vehicle techniques, design of sign, and others may help to improve driver attention and security tactics that a driver drive in the long tunnel.
