由於台灣企業在新冠疫情開始後面臨缺工、交期、匯率、原物料漲價等棘手問題，許多企業紛紛尋求ERP能更即時或更多元的提供決策資料，導入ERP是一項重大的變革，企業應重視任何成員的感受及差異，才能成功改革。
本研究從位處ERP執行面第一線關鍵使用者（Key User）的角度探討企業導入ERP之關鍵成功因素，先收集相關文獻資料探討得到四個關鍵構面與十四個因素並訪談四位產業專家以發展初級模型，再透過專家問卷進行重要度調查，最後透過AHP層級分析法計算權重，再加以排序與分析。
研究結果顯示，企業導入ERP之關鍵成功因素在第一層的四大構面排序依序為「顧問」，「技術」，「專案」，「組織」。
從第二層的十四項評估要素，以「顧問理解與表達力」為最重要、「公司高層支持」、「企業流程再造」、「完整的轉檔資料」、「顧問執行力」、「有效率的溝通及管理」，前六項佔整體權重53%。
此外，本研究發現俱備不同工作屬性的關鍵使用者，對於專案有不同認知重點，因此管理階層在專案導入過程中，若能重視第一線關鍵使用者間的認知及組成差異來調整管理手法，更能提高企業導入ERP的成功機率。

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Taiwanese companies have faced challenging issues such as labor shortages, delivery deadlines, exchange rate fluctuations, and rising raw material costs. As a result, many enterprises are seeking to adopt ERP systems to provide more timely or diverse decision-making data. Implementing ERP represents a significant transformation, and companies need to value the feelings and differences of all members to achieve successful reform.

This research explores the key success factors for implementing ERP in enterprises from the perspective of key users who are at the forefront of ERP execution, as well as the different cognitive emphases of key users with various job attributes. Firstly, relevant literature is collected to identify four critical dimensions and fourteen factors. Four industry experts are then interviewed to develop a preliminary model. Subsequently, expert questionnaires are used to investigate the importance of these factors. Finally, the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is employed to calculate the weights and perform sorting and analysis.
