  • 面對高齡化社會、科技普及與顧客安全需求轉變,傳統保全產業正面臨營運模式過時、人力成本升高與市場競爭激烈等多重挑戰。本研究結合文獻探討與深度訪談,從企業客戶觀點出發,探討次世代保全業者之轉型策略方向,並分析各項構面之可行性與風險。
    研究聚焦四大構面:多角化經營、智慧化發展、安全整合與長照延伸,進一步設計十二項子議題作為分析主軸。採質性研究法,訪談十位具實務經驗之企業用戶,並透過主題分析法整理回饋觀點。分析過程輔以顧客價值理論、信任與風險理論及動態能力理論,建立策略評估邏輯與理論基礎。
    研究結果顯示,企業對智慧化與安全整合構面展現最強烈的期待,特別重視遠端操作、系統整合與單一窗口處理機制。多角化策略則需維持與保全核心業務的高度關聯,避免影響品牌信任;長照延伸構面雖具社會價值與潛在需求,但考量專業界線與執行難度,多數企業仍持保留態度。
    本研究除提出構面分類與實務觀察外,亦協助個案公司制定具體策略推動計畫,根據顧客回饋與產業條件,將十二項子議題劃分為「優先推動」、「條件推動」與「中期觀察」三大類,並進一步提出階段性策略排序建議,作為保全業轉型佈局之實務參考。

    Security service is a growing industry which deliver better safety protection for both enterprise and families. Due to its nature, this industry relies on modern information technology and is moving toward the next-generation to be better serving their customers. This study investigates the potential of strategic transformation into the next-generation security service industry, addressing how the service providers could evolve in response to the societal change, digital innovation, and shifting customer expectations. Considering the rising labor costs and declining relevance of traditional models, this research classifies four potential transformation dimensions based on the related literature: business diversification, smart development, integrated security, and elderly care extension. Through a qualitative research grounded in in-depth interviews with representative clients, the empirical study identifies key subthemes under each dimension. The findings are organized using a structured feasibility-risk evaluation table, allowing for classification into distinct strategic priority categories. Results of this investigation indicate that smart development and integrated security are widely endorsed due to their alignment with core client needs, while elderly care extension presents implementation challenges stemming from trust gaps and professional boundaries. For the case company, this study provides a practical framework for an in-depth planning which might navigate toward transformation in facing an increasingly complicated service environment.
