  • 在檢驗人體血液中殘存之毒素,其含量若超過某定值時,就會對身體產生影響。為使檢驗過程符合經濟效益,並兼顧在估計時變異數之損失,本文採用合併之抽驗劑量。在指數分配模式假設下,用牛頓法及EM法估計尺度參數,進而求得其變異數估計量,並在節省函數下,得到最佳合併個數。

    The residual of the toxin in the human body will a ects the health when the amount of toxin is over some quantity. This thesis will use the assembling drop of blood to measure the amount. The reason is based on the economic bene t but with the consideration of the loss of variance for estimating problem. Under the assumption of the exponential
    distribution, the estimated scale parameter is obtained by using Newton-Raphson method or EM algorithmic method. The estimate of its variance is also obtained. Under a saving function, the optimal number of assembling is found.
