自動倉儲系統的相關應用發展至今幾十年,應用在各種產業的製程前原料的儲存、製程中半成品的暫存以及成品的儲存,因應電子商務及全球化的戰略性應用,結合物流配送中心做為即時銷售的分析處理,有助於一個企業在商業上的戰略性決策。相關研究如物流中心訂單的撿取方法與分割、物流中心空間配置模式的應用、標準倉儲處理能力的評估、低溫倉儲的規劃、物流中心的檢貨策略等,有關自動倉儲與物流中心的相關議題已有許多論文探討過。
此篇論文主要在探討規劃自動倉儲系統時,於業界的專業分工上區分系統規劃人員與物流模擬分析人員兩種角色,系統規劃人員主要負責與客戶洽談整個自動倉儲的規劃與設計,使用的軟體為AutoCAD,為繪製廠房規劃圖時最常使用的軟體,而物流模擬分析人員主要負責確認系統是否能滿足客戶的出入庫頻率的需求,使用的軟體以 AutoMod來做探討,此軟體主要的運作原理是物品(Load)附加處理程序(Process)後以特定頻率產生,執行處理程序中的各種判斷邏輯,使物品在各種模組中移動,如AS/RS模組、Conveyor模組、 Path Mover模組等,但需要依實際尺寸在AutoMod中繪圖及設定設備參數,雖然可以將 AutoCAD的圖檔轉成IGES檔案,再匯入 AutoMod當作底圖,但繪圖屬人為操作不但耗時且容易產生誤差,還有重複繪圖所造成的時間浪費,這些問題在追求效率及準確上,產生了瓶頸,如何在這兩套軟體之間找出一個解決方案,使整體運作更有效率呢?
此篇論文先分析繪製規劃圖(AutoCAD)時所需要的參數,與建置AutoMod各種模組所需的參數比較,探討出共同需求。解析AutoMod的檔案格式,使用AutoCAD內建的直譯式語言(AutoLisp) 設計系統規劃人員與物流模擬分析人員所需要的各種功能, 如建置AutoMod的AS/RS模組、Conveyor模組、Path Mover模組時所需要的功能(將圖檔解析成路徑的功能、控制站 (點)繪製的功能、設備性能參數的輸入介面等),最後轉換成AutoMod各種模組的檔案格式,讓 AutoMod在使用上更有彈性。
Automatic warehouse systems have been developed for several decades, which have been used in industrial raw material storage, semi-finished goods storage, and final product storage. They are now essential for electronic commerce and globalization strategies; the immediate sales analysis in a logistics center helps an enterprise conducting its commercial strategy. Related researches such as picking and division methods and space disposition of logistics centers, standard warehouse’s handling ability appraisal, low temperature warehouse’s plan, warehouse’s goods examination strategies, and so on. There have been many articles for automatic warehouse and the distribution center.
This paper mainly investigates how to narrow the gap between system planning and simulation analysis when planning automatic warehouse system. System planning is to discuss with a customer about the entire automatic warehouse’s plan and its design and, most often, to use AutoCAD software to draw a factory’s layout, while simulation analysis is to confirm, via AutoMod software, whether the planed system satisfies all the demands of the customer. The AutoMod software has several simulation models, such as AS/RS model, Conveyor model, Path Mover model, and so on. Although what are drawn in AutoCAD can be converted into AutoMod IGES file format and imported into AutoMod, but most often the plan needs to be redrawn in AutoMod with actual size and equipment’s parameters. It is error-prone and time wasting and is the bottleneck in pursuing efficiency and accuracy.
This thesis first analyzes the parameters of an AutoCAD drawing and compares them with that of AutoMod’s models in order to find the common demands. It also analyzes AutoMod’s file fornmats. In implementation, it uses AutoCAD’s language, the AutoLisp, to design functions needed for system planning and simulation analysis, corresponding to functions of AS/RS model, Conveyor model, Path Mover model, and Control stations of AutoMod’s. User friendly interfaces are also designed for input equipment’s parameters directly. What are drawn in AutoCAD can be converted into AutoMod IGES file format and imported into AutoMod with great conveniences and precisions.
