With the rapid development of the industry, new technical specifications challenge the innovation and adaptability of enterprises. Simultaneously collect multiple secondary data for analysis. Try to make the theory and practice dialogue.

In the selection of cases, Taiwan’s electric scooter industry was selected in order to meet the research problem. Through in-depth interviews with corporate executives of multiple vendors. Understand the difficulties and challenges faced by enterprises at important points in time. Explore how sponsors interact with other actors in different situations. To improve its proto institution and eventually attract actors to join the institution.
