粉刷工程是建築裝修工程中非常重要的工作項目之一，在營建自動化的潮流下，噴漿工法經過多年來的推展，多適用在平整的外牆面上且仍有其限制，內牆粉刷仍以傳統粉刷工法居多，然而有關傳統粉刷工法之研究卻寥寥可數。本研究針對傳統粉刷工法之施工流程進行探討，以大台南地區透天別墅之內牆粉刷為主要研究探討區域。在工料分析表方面，對灰誌施作成本及損耗組成分析後，現行之工料分析表之大、小工率及損耗等提供較符合現況需求之工料分析表，另將觀察與訪談結果，繪製施工流程圖建議灰誌作業另行發包在先，並對現有施工規範補充建議以建立較完整之品質規範，供政府主辦工程單位及業界援用或參考，期能建構合理的工料分析表與提昇傳統粉刷工法之生產力。

　　Mortar work is a very important process in build-finishing construction. In today’s construction automation trend, mortar projection work method has been promoted for many years. It is mainly suitable for exterior smooth wall and there are some limits for it. As for the interior wall , traditional mortar working method is widely used. However, there are fewer studies about traditional mortar work. This process was aimed at the process of traditional mortar working method. The study subjects were aimed at interior walls in single houses in Tainan Area.By way of cases study, talk with experts, five minutes evaluation and recording the scenes by cameras to write down the observed data, to give some advice to the thesis about arranging the working power group、man and material analysis、and mortar construction specification, and after that by doing tests to verify the answers.After that, we can say that the best working group was combined by 5 main man power and 3 weak man power. As for the man and material analysis list, after analyzing the mortar made cost and loss component, we can propose a better man and material analysis list about main and weak man power rate and material loss list.By drawing the working process,suggesting the subcontract of mortar made work at first and giving some advice to construction specification as a result of observing and interviewing. Wish this study can build proper material analysis list and improve the productivity of traditional mortar working method to provide the construction department of the government and other people some references.
