落實工地物料管理作業能夠減少額外成本支出與提升施工效率,然而營建專案中物料種類繁多,並牽涉許多專業廠商間的分工,過往以人工方式整理物料資訊的模式,雖然可以解決物料管理所遇到的問題,但卻非常耗時且沒有效率。經由文獻探討可以發現建築資訊模型(Building Information Modeling, BIM)對於營建業是一個良好的資訊載體,其技術可以作為營建產業的資料基礎,更能進一步應用於提供物料管理作業的資訊整合架構,然而BIM模型元件屬性與其工項衍生資訊非常龐大且多元,若沒有一套妥善的雲端資料庫架構,在實際執行物料管理作業時,將不易直接取得所需資訊且資訊將缺乏一致性。此外,現地物料管理的過程必須要頻繁的查閱與工項相關的文件,這些大量的文件資料若使用傳統紙本作為媒介,將使得管理人員對於物料資訊不易即時的判讀。
本研究將發展一套結合擴增實境技術與雲端資料庫架構的工地物料管理系統,物料管理作業人員能藉由iOS平台行動裝置取代傳統紙本,即時查看專案BIM模型及相關的物料管理資訊,更能進一步透過Unity遊戲引擎互動的特性與ARkit擴增實境套件的環境特徵辨識功能,達成現地物料相關位置的指引、提供物料施作相關文件以及物料管理查驗表單的量測與記錄,最終將所記錄的物料資訊上傳並儲存於雲端資料庫,以掌握現地物料施作狀況,藉此提升整體物料管理作業效率。
Carrying out material management at the construction site can reduce additional costs and increase implementation efficiency. However, there are many kinds of materials in the construction project and involved with different professional subcontractors work in cooperation. In the past, we used to sort material information manually and it can solve the problems encountered in material management, but it takes much time and inefficient. Through literature review, it’s worth noting that Building Information Modeling(BIM) is a good information carrier for the construction industry. It can also be used as a data foundation applied to the material management. But the components of BIM have a lot of attributes. Without a proper Cloud Database structure, it’s difficult to directly obtain the required information with consistency. In addition, during the process of local material management, the operators must frequently check the documents related to the material of the project. It is hard for them to interpret the information from the large amount of documents that used paper as medium.
This study proposes an onsite material management system combining Augmented Reality(AR) and Cloud Database. The operators can check BIM model and related material management information in real time by iOS devices instead of traditional paperwork. Furthermore, through the interactive features of the Unity game engine and the environmental feature scanning of the ARkit plugin, it’s able to achieve the guidance of the material related location onsite , provide the relevant documents of the material implementation and record material inspection form with AR measurement tools. The inspection record will be upload and save to cloud database in order to control the progress of the construction job site, thereby improving the overall material management operation efficiency.
