  • 近十年全球追逐知識經濟的浪潮之下,知識管理的議題已逐漸成為新一代的管理顯學,知識管理嚴然成為組織成長的重要過程。然企業競爭之產業環境日漸困頓的現況,為協助企業降低推動變革的風險與節省不必要之營運成本,本研究依據多位學者於研究報告之結論,以企業知識環境、領導者行為模式與人員學習認知三者作為論文架構,並探討各構念對企業知識管理績效之影響關係。
    鑒於大部分針對企業推行知識管理之相關研究調查,多以國外公司為樣本選擇,然基於國家文化、地理環境、政策法令與民情等因素上的差異,對知識管理的推行過程考量亦可能有所不同,故本研究以七家實施知識管理之國內企業為主要調查研究對象進行理論驗證與探討,並採用敘述性統計、集群分析、區別分析與線性迴歸模式等統計方法進行嚴謹的資料分析,以針對企業知識環境、領導者行為模式與人員學習認知對知識管理績效的影響上進行深入探討。
