本文主旨係應用小波演算法則於配電電力電纜之部份放電雜訊抑制研究。文中說明電力電纜在絕緣劣化的成因及部份放電的原理,並在實驗室製造瑕疵電纜,以比對實驗室與現場量測之放電圖譜,最後驗證小波轉換能抑制背景雜訊,得到最佳的檢測條件。小波轉換有時域及頻域特性,在實際放電訊號進行雜訊消除與訊號識別,就雜訊濾除包含了離散小波轉換的分解、小波係數的門檻及反離散小波轉換的信號重構,得到最佳的小波選擇。所以,搭配小波轉換可提高在運轉中,亦能準確的檢知電力電纜的部份放電訊號,以利於絕緣劣化前作有效的防範與維護。
This paper presents the study on partial discharge noise suppression of distribution power cable based on Wavelet algorithm. Besides, the methodology of partial discharge experiment is deliberately making defect high voltage power cables to introduce partial discharge phenomenon at laboratory, and the results are analyzed by spectrum and use wavelet transformation to suppress background noises for optimized detecting condition verification. Wavelet transform reduce noise and increases SNR(signal-to-noise ratio )at time domain and frequency domain, in the process of noise filtration includes discrete wavelet transformation, threshed of wavelet parameters ,and re-construction of signal. Using wavelet transformation can increase accurate partial discharge signal for power calbe even in operating, to effectively before knew insulate of deterioration degree for it.
