  • 目前我國即將面臨高齡社會問題,身心障礙者人數也不斷上升,原因可能是年紀、受傷或是疾病,其中以台灣二千三百萬人口推估,台灣腦性麻痺人數約有四到六萬人,保守估計至少有四萬多個腦性麻痺的家庭。根據衛福部的調查顯示,身心障礙者從事休閒活動多以靜態為主,極少數的人參與動態的休閒活動。目前市面上休閒運動產品極少考慮身心障礙使用者的需求,當身心障礙者的手、眼反應速度較正常人慢的情形,或者手部握持功能較差的情形,又或者使用輪椅的情形,這些狀況往往導致身心障礙者無法使用現有的休閒運動器材。
    本研究以腦性麻痺者休閒活動的生活型態,研究腦性麻痺者對於休閒運動產品的需求。針對目前腦性麻痺患者最為缺乏的休閒運動產品,建立其腦性麻痺患者生活運動產品類型最佳組合及設計方針建議。
    研究成果如下:(1)瞭解腦性麻痺患者之生活型態。(2)分析出腦麻患者的休閒運動產品的產品組合類型。(3)經過品質機能展開,產出適用於腦性麻痺患者於休閒運動產品的設計方針,提供企業相關部門於產品設計上可依循的方向。

    Taiwan is becoming an aged society, and the number of people with disabilities also keeps rising due to aging, injuries, or diseases. Based on Taiwan’s population totaling 23 million people, there are about 40,000-60,000 people suffered from cerebral palsy (CP) from at least 40,000 families according to a conservative estimation. The Ministry of Health and Welfare (MOHW) statistics show that most CP patients engage in inactive leisure activities, and rarely will they participate in active leisure activities. While the needs of people with disabilities are not the main concerns of leisure sports product (LSP) manufacturers, ready-to-use leisure sports equipment is often useless to people with disabilities who have slower hand and eye responses or poorer hand grip function than normal people or who need to use wheelchairs
    After reviewing the pattern of the leisure activities of CP patients, this study investigates the LSP needs of CP patients and proposes the optimal types of LSP combinations for CP patients and optimal LSP designs based on the desperate needs of CP patients.
    The outcomes of this study include: (1) understanding the lifestyle of CP patients; (2) analyzing the type of LSP combinations for CP patients; and (3) producing the design LSP guidelines for CP patients through quality function deployment (QFD) for the product design reference of relevant business departments.
