摘 要
協同式產品設計與開發除須仰賴企業間的溝通、協調與控制外,更須有效地分享企業間之產品資訊與知識,而各式產品生命週期知識,如設計意圖、設計經驗以及設計原理等,必須能跨越企業及異質模式與環境下知識整合,因此克服產品生命週期知識分散性與內容異質性之問題以整合與分享產品生命週期知識,為實現跨企業之協同式產品設計與開發之課題。
本研究主要目的在研發一以本體論為基之產品生命週期知識整合機制,透過整合分散在不同企業間的產品生命週期知識,以利產品知識之分享,進而協助企業提昇產品開發之效率。為實現上述目標本研究之主要研究項目包括:(1) 產品生命週期知識整合模式分析與設計,(2) 產品生命週期知識整合方法與技術設計,與(3)以本體論為基之產品生命週期知識整合機制開發。
Abstract
In addition to communication, coordination and control, the effective sharing of product information and knowledge among involved enterprises is the basis to the success of collaborative product design and process development. However, to facilitate the sharing of product life cycle knowledge such as design intent, design experience and design rationale across enterprises, the issues of integrating various types of product life cycle knowledge across enterprises in a distributed and heterogeneous environment should be resolved.
The objective of this research is to develop an ontology based mechanism to integrate product life cycle knowledge among enterprises to facilitate product knowledge sharing across enterprise, and thus enable distributed and collaborative product and process development. The objective can be achieved through (1) design of a multi-enterprise product life cycle knowledge integration model, (2) design of a product life cycle knowledge integration method, and (3) development of ontology-based product life cycle knowledge integration and sharing technology.
