  • 本研究旨在探討是否不同的個人特質會影響辦公室的色彩偏好,以及色彩偏好是否影響員工情緒與認知價值,最後探討員工認知價值與情緒對員工行為反應的影響。透過問卷發放取得樣本後的統計分析發現,有少數個人特質會對辦公室的色彩偏好產生差異,而在色彩偏好對於情緒以及認知價值的影響部分,僅認知價值存在顯著差異,最後,員工之情緒以及認知價值顯著影響員工行為反應。此結果可提供管理者思考可以透過辦公室色彩設計的變化去滿足員工之色彩設計偏好,進一步對其情緒或認知價值產生影響,有助於轉化為良好的行為反應,達成提升工作績效的目標。

    This study aims to explore whether different personal characteristics affect office color preferences, and whether color preferences affect employees' emotions and cognitive values. Finally, it explores the impact of employees' cognitive values and emotions on employees' behavioral responses. After obtaining samples through questionnaire distribution found that there are a few personal characteristics that will produce differences in office color preferences. In terms of the impact of color preferences on emotions and cognitive values, only cognitive values have significant differences. Finally, Employees' emotions and cognitive values significantly affect employees' behavioral responses. Although not all personal traits will affect color preferences; among them, industry is the background trait that most affects color preferences. This provides managers who mainly design office spaces in the manufacturing industry to satisfy employees' color design preferences through changes in office color design, further affecting their emotional or cognitive value, and finally handing over more good job performance.
