  • 營造業使用鋼管鷹架幾乎是傳統外牆施工之不二選擇。其架設方便,可重複使用、成本低、具便利性。然而鷹架承載置料能力有限,施工空間狹小,危險性高,意外事故時有所聞。台灣在1998年由荷蘭引進施工平台,提供另一種外牆裝修施工方式。平台兼具施工與載料功能,其車廂單一垂直上下特性,改變傳統施工方式。安全管理轉為以機械安檢、定期保養為主,減少許多人員行為防護面。
    本研究對施工平台與鷹架效益進行比較,由實際施工案例分析檢討成本、安全性、工期,進行實務應用之觀察研究。
    研究結論:
    1.施工平台不同工種無法同時施工會增加工期,但其兼具施工及載料功能、管理容易,卻能提高施工效率。
    2.施工平台雖初置成本高於鷹架,但考慮使用年限,及施工總出工數,整體成本仍比鷹架低。
    3.案例研究顯示,建築物高度30m以下使用鋼管鷹架具成本低廉及易於趕工優勢,但隨著高度增加其施工成本、工作性、安全性遞減。當施工高度大於30m時,則以使用施工平台較符合整體效益。
    4.根據案例研究推論:各單項工程工期超過總工期20%,工種數小於三種,所有可重疊作業工程工期總計小於總工期30%時,即提供平台使用條件。
    建議:
    施工平台後續發展將會以應用同立柱二部(或多部)車廂,增加並行作業降低工期。各平台間如何建立協調機制,減少介面提高效率則有賴後續之研究。

    Applying scaffold in outdoor construction is the common practice to the traditional construction In temporary construction, due to its convenience and low cost, tubular steel scaffold is popular and most frequently used. However, in order to manage the altitude of buildings, constructors climb and transport construction material in heights. In that less safety condition, it is often to see tragedy caused from schedule scaffold collapsing, or falling. These accidents not only delay the construction, but also increase the constructal cost Although the government has established regulations in traditional scaffold construction, it is still not complete yet; scaffold construction is still threatening the life of constructors and the companies. On the other hand, it’s space and structure, scaffold work does not support the capability for placing materials. Swing machine becomes the only solution to transport the construction materials, while it is very dangerous and cost a lot.
    In 1998, mast climbing work platform was introduced to Taiwan from Holland to replace the scaffold work. The mast climbing work platform provides a false work method which includes an area to lay up the material and work. The Vertical construction replaced the Horizontal construction; each overlapping work becomes the critical path and reforms the traditional methods. In Taiwan, the work was initiated used at chimney, indoor construction in tall building, and also introduced to the outdoor construction.
    This research, focuses on the comparison of the mast climbing work platform usage and compare to the Scaffold work. There are several cases would be analyzed by the following issues 1. construction efficiency, 2. construction cost, 3. safety, 4. pollution affection. This report suggests that the safty and the effectiveness are the key factors improve the construction, it suggests the followings:
    1.Use the new machine to improve the construction techniques, to simplify the operation and construction, to automate the original human work, and to standardize the regulations. The regulations will be adjusted according to different machine usages. For example, the work platform was used often in outdoor construction, a comprehensive working plan must be provided.
    2.The traditional scaffold work won’t necessary to be replaced when there are new techniques or machines being introduced. Although the traditional scaffold work has lower safety, it still provides a higher work flexibility and work efficiency in lower building. To broadly introduce the mast climbing work platform represents a new trend in falsework construction. In this report, there are real cases to prove the theory, and provide the managers in construction management.
    3.The main purpose in the research is, under the condition of the constructed building is higher than 30 meters, each work section is larger than 20% of the entire work, the total work types is less than three, all the work section could overlap each other and is less than 30% of total construction time, the mast climbing work platform should be provided. The mast climbing work platform is able to perform within two or more carriages to increase parallel work. How to perform the two carriages in a more efficiency way is part of the major issue in construction.
    4.In order to help the growth of the working platform technique, the government should provide comprehensive regulations to improve the safety of the construction environment.
