在高度自動化的批次化學品製程中,失誤偵測及診斷是提昇操作安全重要的環節。在本研究中,我們採用派屈網模型來表示批次操作中失誤傳播機制,並對相關的模型建構進行簡單的回顧;接著提出了一個系統化的診斷器建構步驟,藉以自動產生根據派屈網模型為基礎的失誤診斷器;另外為了提高失誤診斷的解析度以精確的分辨失誤來源,接下來的部分將對兩項可提高診斷性策略進行分析討論與自動化方法的實現。最後,我們以案例研究方式驗證此一策略的有效性。
Fault diagnosis is a task of critical importance for maintaining a high level of operational safety in a chemical plant. The Petri-net models are adopted in this work for describing the fault propagation behaviors in batch processes. A systematic method has been developed to synthesize a hierarchical Petri net according to any given P&ID and its operating procedure. On the basis of this model, a diagnoser tree can be constructed automatically with a PASCAL program. If the diagnoser performance is not satisfactory, two simple strategies have also been proposed in this work to improve diagnostic resolution. Several examples are presented in this thesis to demonstrate the effectiveness and correctness of the proposed approach.
