在數位化資訊社會的環境影響下,網路資訊的快速傳遞產生零距離的溝通方式。科技與技術不斷快速變遷,企業面臨消費者需求變化迅速與產品多樣化的競爭。如何因應目前競爭激烈的消費市場,提升產品研發效率、適切地滿足顧客需求,同時提高產品開發之績效,成了企業最關切的重點。於現有實體通路及虛擬通路的製造及銷售方式發現,設計者需要透過間接的詢問或調查方式,藉以獲得消費者真正的需求資訊。在銷售通路的市場中,消費者多處於被動的狀態,只能接受由製造商生產出的產品樣式。
為改善此問題,本研究旨在探討如何有效地資訊傳遞,藉以協助設計者與消費者快速連結,產生更符合消費者喜愛的設計方案同時亦提高產品開發的效益,本研究擬建構一線上系統,其中整合品質機能展開法(QFD)與層級分析法(AHP)搭配線上系統同步運用,透過線上系統與消費者進行互動,進而獲取消費者最真切地顧客需求,再結合品質機能展開法(QFD)將顧客需求轉換為設計參數進行案件設計,最終搭配層級分析法(AHP)的客觀分析產生最佳理想方案,落實減少產品開發風險且縮短開發時程之目的。
研究結果顯示應用線上系統的建構,對產品開發可實際縮短消費者與製造商間的溝通距離,藉由線上系統可找出最符合消費者喜好之產品,以期將產品開發之風險減至最低。
In the digital information society, the environment impacts that communication changes to zero-distance because of the information of network passing quickly. Due to science and technology continues changing rapidly; the enterprises are facing the rapid changes of consumers’ needs and the competition of production diversification. The most of important things that enterprises concerned about are how to respond to the competitive consumer market, improve the efficiency of product development, appropriate to meet consumers’ needs, while promoting the performance of production. In the physical and virtual channel of the manufacture and sales, designers have to inquire or investigate consumers’ needs indirectly. In the sales market, the consumers can only be accepted the products’ style that were produced by the manufacture.
To improve the situation, this study was focusing on exploring how to pass information efficiently to assist connecting designers and consumers. Then resulting in promoting the efficiency of product development and more consumers like the design. This study was to conduct a universal online system, which integrates Quality Function Deployment (QFD) and Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), and getting the correct customers’ needs that connecting and interacting with consumers by using this online system. Then, converted customers’ needs to the parameters of design case through the Quality Function Deployment. Final, combined with Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to analysis the ideal design case objectively, so that it can achieve the purpose that reducing the risk of product development and curtailing the time of production process.
