  • 本文主要探討單鰭散熱鰭片在強制對流下,其熱對流係數的分析及研究,研究方法主要以實驗數據為基底,並且以回歸分析去實驗分析數據。透過改動熱源功率和對流風速,觀察並記錄下熱源溫度的數值化,將記錄下的數值透過最小平方法計算出變數之間可能存在的方程式,若求解出來的方程式有相當程度的吻合實驗結果的話,便把此回歸方程視為兩個變數之間的關係式。透過求解出來的關係式,去預測在不同條件下,鰭片表面附近可能的熱對流係數。而從實驗結果中也顯示了,在回歸方程式與實驗結果幾乎吻合的情況下,透過關係式去計算出來的熱對流係數與實驗求得的值相去不遠,不僅能夠預測出實驗沒有做過的部分,還能將原本的公式改寫成其他表示方式,藉以求得熱對流係數的極值。

    This article focuses to analyze the heat transfer coefficient of forced convection with the heat sink which has one fin. By changing the heating power and the speed of air flow, the temperature variation is observed and recorded. The least square method is used to derive the possible empirical formula among the variables. If the formula has a fairly good agreement with the experimental results, the regression formula is considered to be able to describe the relationship among the variables. Through the formula, the heat transfer coefficient of forced convection around the fin can be predicted under different working conditions. Through the solved relationship, we can predict the possible thermal convection coefficient near the surface of the fin under different conditions.
