由於製造技術的快速變動,及產品生命週期的急遽下降,產品品質的改善,已成為產業競爭的首要課題。基於此,本研究之目標為應用品質機能展開與田口品質工程的觀念於產品特性設計模式之建構,以協助設計師與品質管理人員共同提升新產品開發之製程品質。
在整體發展過程上,本研究先運用品質機能展開法去評估顧客需求與技術要求間之關鍵品質要項。其間之分析係輔以問卷調查與集群分析之技法。經由品質機能展開所導出之關健品質要項,主要利用田口品質工程之參數設計,希望藉由直交表之實驗計畫法,尋找最適品質要項因子與水準之組合,以作為降低雜音變異與穩定製程之參考依據。有關直交表之實驗分析,則利用變異數分析來評估。本研究並以某外商電子產品專用之計時器為個案,協助說明本研究之發展。
本研究之結果預期將提供一項整合品質機能展開與品質工程技術於產品製程的模式,使新產品的開發能同時考量製程的品質管制,從而提升企業的競爭力。
Due to the progress on manufacturing technology and rapid decrease of product life cycles, the enhancement of product quality has become an important factor for the global competition. Therefore, the objective of this research is to integrate concepts of quality function deployment and quality engineering into the development of a production quality evaluation and improvement procedure to assist designers and quality managers to upgrade the production quality in the new product development.
During the development stages, the quality function deployment will first be applied in the evaluation of critical quality attributes. It is noted that questionnaires and the cluster analysis are used to identify customers' requirements and technical characteristics. The critical quality attributes are then considered as parameters for the orthogonal experiment in Taguchi method. Analysis of variance is used to evaluate and derive the optimum parameter combinations. The
procedure is developed in conjunction with an electronic timer to demonstrate the applicability of the procedure.
It is expected that the result will provide an integrated procedure on quality function deployment and quality engineering with designers and quality engineers in improving production quality control for the new product development.
