在終身學習時代,學習管道多元化,而EMBA廣受台灣高階主管及企業的偏好。EMBA形為學習組織惟其運作實務使其具服務平台的功能,參與的學員透過EMBA的學程及制度設計使得學員能有多元的學習、社交脈絡發展及互相交流影響,經由資源整合、服務交換而達價值共創並進一步實現個人獨有的價值。基此,本研究以服務主導邏輯理論為主及平台理論為輔,透過此二學術觀點,以成大EMBA的學程與制度促進社交網絡發展及學員互動,而進一步引致媒合的平台效能探究學員如何在學習(服務)平台實現個人獨有價值,於探究過程中針對學員個別的實現方式,梳理其情境脈絡而使其行為模式通則浮現而依此建立論點。
本研究採用質性研究方法,透過對成大EMBA及E110學員以個案研究方式了解其獨有的情境性及主觀性,並依該個體的觀點解讀以理解其所表現出的個別化知識。於個案訪談中,透過個案視角及研究員之親身經歷,覺察成大EMBA的三年學程、級別交流上課、社團活動及賽事活動等制度的安排,促使學員的社交網絡密度及互動頻度提高進而增加學員媒合的合作發展機會。學員在此學習平台,經由個人目標的確認提出自我價值主張,並藉由服務的提出為服務交換的邀約,進而吸引志同道合者進行資源整合及服務交換,因而實現個人獨有的價值。此外,本研究亦於文末意涵處提出研究說明及建議期能為學術界及實務界略盡貢獻,同時亦提出本文的研究限制說明與未來研究方向之建議。
In the era of lifelong learning, EMBA is widely favored by senior executives and companies in Taiwan. EMBA is a learning organization with the function of a social platform. EMBA programs and institutions enable students to participate, interact, and develop social networks. This research primarily refers to the Service-Dominant Logic theory and secondly refers to the Platform theory. Through these two academic viewpoints, exploring how the NCKU EMBA plays a platform role to facilitate the development of social networks and interaction in order to support students matching and realizing the individual unique value. Referring to the cases’ operational practice and stories, sort out the context and make their behavioral patterns emerge to establish the point of view. This study uses qualitative research methods to understand the unique contextuality and subjectivity of the cases and to interpret them from the individual perspective to obtain their endogenous knowledge. Learning from the case that the NCKU EMBA has leveraged the rules of the program, mixing grade class, club activities, and competition to increase the students’ social network density and interaction frequency for expanding students’ opportunities to match. In the learning(social) platform, students should put forward self-value propositions according to their goals to attract like-minded people to join resource integration and service exchanges to realize their unique value. In addition, this research also provides research explanations and suggestions at the end of the article that it may make academic and practical contribution. At the same time, it also proposes the research limitations and suggestions for future research directions.
