在許多機械或是交通工具中都有離合器,離合器為控制是否將動力傳輸至被驅動端的機構,在台灣地區速克達機車是相當常見的交通工具,而速克達機車所使用的離合器為由轉速控制接合的離心式離合器。此種離合器在學術的文獻中,有提出該離合器的力學模型,但無考慮接觸力學理論。
然而離心式離合器運轉好壞,來令片與離合器鼓的接觸為其重要因子,因此本研究針對速克達用離心式離合器進行滑動接觸力學分析。其中會以慣性力、彈簧力、來令片接觸力以及橡膠墊片作用力分別分析,並推導出離心式離合器之動力分析理論,其中來令片接觸力會引用接觸力學的滑動接觸理論分析,以求得接觸時的壓力分佈。
在實驗部分本研究包含了橡膠墊片摩擦係數與扭矩測試、來令片材料性質測試、彈簧拉伸試驗以及離心式離合器扭矩測試,並藉此分析驗證離合器之參數,將推導的動力分析理論以數值法計算後,與原實驗數據以及有限元素法分析比較。在離心式離合器扭矩測試中,經分析發現若兩物體在初接觸時為高速滑動,其摩擦係數會隨滑動速度變動而改變,非固定摩擦係數。
本研究所推導的離心式離合器動力分析理論,以數值法分析所需的計算時間短,因此若用於設計離心式離合器,只要每調整離合器參數,就可在短時間內計算出離合器之初接觸時間、初接觸轉速、輸出扭矩曲線及接觸壓力分佈,提供設計離心式離合器為參考,提高設計效率。
The analysis of the contact behavior for friction lining is an important issue for design of centrifugal clutch. In this study, a numerical model to analyze the dynamics of centrifugal clutch has been presented which can estimate the moment of initial contact, rotational speed of initial contact, output torque, and contact pressure for friction lining during the clutch operation. The presented dynamic model has been verified by experimental test and finite element analysis (FEA), which include centrifugal clutch torque test, FEA for the rotational dynamic analysis of centrifugal clutch, and FEA sliding contact analysis by using LS-DYNA. The comparisons show that the analysis results from the presented model agree well with the FEA and experimental data. The advantage of the proposed method comparing to the FEA is that it can reduce the computational time significantly.
