本研究主要著眼在平台化商業模式的發展,特別在網際網路快速發展後平台模式被大量且廣泛的運用,其中又以電子商務平台最為顯著,加上電商平台快速疊代更新,企業商業模式如何形塑自己來達成目的,世界百強企業中有六成以上獲利是架構在平台商業模式,再加上 2020 年 COVID-19 疫情的影響,添加了網路電商平台革新的材火,讓本就改朝換代快速的電商平台進入全新時代,平台本身為提供雙方或多方溝通或交易的橋樑,因而在競爭對手之間容易取得資訊產生高度競爭,加上外部環境與平台本身的劇烈變化,如何在不停轉變中持續保持成長,由理論配合實際企業成長的歷程深入研究探討,嘗試回答平台特性如何影響商業模式,並在這此環境下怎麼建立平台化商業模式。
文獻參考以平台模式的觀點切入,了解平台本身如何運作,同業、異業、平台與消費者四者之間是如何互利互惠,並按照商業模式的理論,解釋在不同時空背景下企業如何經營不同的夥伴關係與顧客關係同時維持獲利成長,另外把平台本身具有的獨特性加上網際網路沒有時間空間限制的特點,開創專屬於這樣條件下的商業模式。
本研究採取單一個案結合理論採樣的質性研究方式,深入訪談個案「空間特工」,在網路電商平台的發展過程裡,從初級資料的整理當中發現理論面可以再擴充的面向。將個案公司八年的過程與經驗濃縮成三個成長階段與未來發展方式,提供給想在變換快速的環境下求新求變的企業主,每個公司都可以依自己的產業性質進行調整成適合自己公司的作法,期盼台灣各個產業與公司都能有所突破,找到適合的公司經營之道。
This study mainly focuses on the development of platform-based business models, especially after the rapid development of the Internet, platform models have been widely used, among which e-commerce platforms are the most prominent, coupled with the rapid iteration and update of e-commerce platforms, enterprise business how to shape itself to achieve the goal? More than 60% of the world's top 100 companies are profiting from the platform business model. In 2020 year, plus the impact of the COVID-19 epidemic has increased the innovation of online e-commerce platforms, bringing the e-commerce platforms that have been changing rapidly into a new era. The platform itself provides a bridge for communication or transactions between two or more parties, so it is easy to obtain among competitors’ information such as price, strategy, revenue and even profit, it generates high competition, coupled with drastic changes in the external environment and the platform itself, how to continue to grow amidst constant changes, conduct in-depth research and discussion based on theory and actual enterprise growth process, and try to answer how the characteristics of the platform affect the business model, and how to establish a platform business model in this situation. The literature reference starts from the perspective of the platform model to understand how the platform itself operates, how the same industry, different industries, platforms and consumers are mutually beneficial and reciprocal, and according to the theory of business models, it explains how companies operate under different environment. While maintaining profitable growth in partnership and customer relationships, and combining the uniqueness of the platform itself with the characteristics of the Internet without time and space limitations, try to create a business model that is unique to such conditions.
This study adopts a qualitative research method of combining a single case with theoretical sampling, and conducts in-depth interviews with the case "CiaZhan". In the development process of the online e-commerce platform, it finds that the theoretical aspect can be expanded from the collation of primary data. The eight-year process and experience of the case company is condensed into three growth stages and future development methods, which are provided to business owners who want to seek innovation and change in a rapidly changing environment. Each company can be adjusted according to its own industryal nature. This study is for every industry in Taiwan, deeply hope everyone can make a breakthrough and find a suitable way of company management.
