  •   使用電腦計算的模擬方法從事傘兵著地腳踝衝擊的力學行為研究,不僅能夠排除進行體內實驗的限制,完成體內實驗無法施行的研究,更能夠降低體內實驗所需的龐大設備資源及經費。以較合適的腳踝的幾何外型及軟硬組織的建構,配合施予適當的負載及邊界條件,可分析出傘兵著地腳踝衝擊時內部的應力、應變及變形的分佈情形。該模式可運用於臨床醫學,提供臨床醫師量化的數據作為術前規劃的參考,與術後輔具的製作,並達成工程科技與醫學臨床結合的終極目的。
      本研究計畫共分三部份進行。第一部份是運用Pro/Engineer三維繪圖軟體,設計並建立起傘兵腳踝的三維分析模式及立體圖。第二部份是將傘兵腳踝的三維分析模式,轉換到三維有限元素分析軟體ANSYS上,並進行適當元素的切割及根據傘兵腳踝實際著地的各種狀態,建立起各種相關的負載條件及其邊界條件。第三部份是進行有限元素ANSYS的分析,並進行數值結果的收斂性分析,分別探討足部腳踝靜態站立與著地後相關的腳踝內部的應力、應變及變形的分佈情況。

      Using computational analysis of mechanical behavior of the ankle-foot impact for parachutist landing, not only can eliminate the restriction of the body interior experiment, but can fulfill the difficult research of the body interior experiment. It also can reduce the huge amount of the equipments and outlay. The proper construction of the ankle-foot geometry, the hard-soft structure, proper loading and boundary conditions, the distribution of the stress and strain can accurately determine for ankle-foot impact of the parachutist landing. The model can provide useful information for pre-surgical planning, post-surgical orthotic design and fabrication. The model can be beneficial both to the fields of engineering technologies and clinical medicine.
      This research project can be divided into three parts. The first part is to base on the specification of the parachutist foot and to use the Pro/Engineer graphic software to build the 3D analysis model and its solid graphic. The second part is to transfer the analysis model, which is built from the Pro/Engineer graphic software, to the finite element method software ANSYS and proceed the element cut and mesh construction, to base on the actual ankle-foot impact of the parachutist landing, the loading and boundary conditions are built. The third part is to use the finite element method software ANSYS to analyze the deformation and to demonstrate the 3D moving graphic situation of the ankle-foot impact of the parachutist landing and base on the result to proceed the convergence analysis.
