近年來國人一再提升生活品質,同時更加要求服裝品質。本研究以消費者需求為導向,將消費者所希望的品質要求轉換成可量測的品質特性,探討影響成衣設計、產品品質的主要因素。
針對上述方向,本研究將利用Delphi method、問卷調查蒐集資料,進行描述性統計、信度衡量、因素分析,並建立品質機能展開法之品質屋,作為改善成衣設計要點之依據,進而尋求設計、生產的核心要點,期盼協助服裝工作者提升設計、生產績效。
本研究結果顯示服裝設計專家們認為流行敏銳度、素材應用能力、色彩敏銳度、流行趨勢、資訊與媒體(廣告、雜誌、網路)、消費者生活型態、服飾市場定位、銷售業績、經營管理者等要項比較容易影響成衣設計;消費者在選購服裝時,較重視素材與款式、裁剪作工、折扣、個人行為;經由品質機能展開表分析結果顯現,成衣生產、設計款式時宜注重消費者需求、流行媒介與消費訊息,欲具備良好設計技術需與敏銳觀察力、分析市場能力、市場開發等技術相互搭配才能設計、生產高附加價值商品。
A growing demand in fashion quality arises due to the improvement of living standards in Taiwan recently. The objective of the research is to characterize various key factors affecting apparel design and product quality. The research is emphasized to transform fashion qualities into measurable characteristics based on the requests in the consumer market.
In the fulfillment of the objectives, Delphi method and survey research have been used to collect related materials and followed by descriptive statistics, reliability, and factor analysis in order to setup the “House of Quality” in the method of “Quality Function Deployment”. The “House of Quality” lays the foundation of apparel design rules such that new apparel designs and the key production methods are developed and able to assist apparel designers to improve design quality and production performance.
Research results indicate that factors affecting the quality of apparel design are fashion sensitivity, cloth selection ability, color sensitivity, fashion trend, information and public media (advertisement, magazine, and internet), consumer living style, fashion market level, sale performance, and management. And fashion style, cloth quality, cutting quality, discount, and personal favorites are the key factors affecting consumers in choosing a fashion. Based on the analysis of “Quality Function Deployment”, several key techniques are required to improve design abilities and product values, which are good fashion production process, appropriate apparel design style, satisfaction of consumer needs, fashion media and consumption messages, good design skills, fashion sensitivity, market analysis ability, and new market development.
