空間必須由藉由實體之界定而存在,實體藉由材料間的組構關係而賦予空間形式,好的實體系統能產生空間多樣的變化,改變是空間唯一不變的基本樣貌。
本論文是個設計創作的探討,試圖設計一個界面涵容空間變化的能力,而又能保持材料的通用屬性,同時組構對材料而言是無破壞性的,演練的對象是一種棚架式的臨時構造物,其中包括四個次系統:支架體系統、包蔽系統、地坪系統、輔助系統。以期建立一套附有彈性、無破壞性工法、易組裝的動態開放構造系統。
Space is determined by the boundary of architecture. Architecture creates a particular form of space through the relationships of materials in construction. A good architectural system is capable of producing a variety of change for space. It is doubtless to say that change is the only unchangeable facet of space. In this thesis, we explore a number of issues in architectural design, and intend to create an interface system which cannot only accommodate space change, but also preserve the common nature shared by materials in use. In addition, the construction of materials is non-destructive to materials themselves. An exercise model demonstrated in this thesis is a temporary, shed-like structure, including four sub-systems: support, enclosure, floor, and auxiliary systems. The objective of this thesis is to establish a dynamic, opening structure system which is highly flexible, non-destructive, and easy-to-assemble.
