連鎖加盟是近年來熱門的一項新興行業,對於想要創業並擁有資金卻苦無方向的人而言,選擇加盟是一個不錯的選項。但是加盟所費不眥,要能夠開設與興趣相符且能達財務期望的店是許多加盟者的夢想,然而各項加盟非常競爭,成本控制及展店變得相當重要。在規劃展店的初期,對於獲取未知市場之情資相當不易,對於多數店家或加盟業者而言,均是基於其過往之經驗或是以試誤方式為之,但在競爭激烈的環境中,無法去快速佔領所需的市場,往住可能失去已保有的競爭優勢。以往針對連鎖加盟之研究,大多數是以成功關鍵因素探討、問卷調查分析、專家個案訪談。本研究藉由專家意見資料中,獲取重要參考指標,並結合層級分析法推演出可供參考的重要資訊提供予以加盟創業者參考。
In recent years, it seems a good option for the people who want to have their own business to choose joining a chain franchise. Since the expense is costly, one may need to carefully consider which chain franchise to be joined in. In the early stages while planning to setup a store, it is difficult to acquire the information about an unknown market. However, in order to setup a store, most franchisees would rely on their historic experience or undertake a trial-and-error procedure in fact. Differs from most of the past researches which focused on the same issue specialized in the key successful factors, survey analysis, experts interviews, etc, this research tries to derive important information for franchisees with the result of Analytic Hierarchy Process.
