本研究旨在探討資訊系統建構,組織結構改造能力與組織成員創造力對創新程度之影響,並以台灣銀行業作為研究對象,採取實證分析之方法加以驗證。旨在探討一個良好的資訊系統建構,組織結構改造能力與組織成員創造力對創新程度之影響模式,並以加入風險管理為干擾變數,探討創新對經營績效之影響。
本研究發出250份問卷,回收有效問卷200份,經由因素分析、迴歸分析、變異數分析、Logistic Analysis等統計方法,歸納出幾點實證結論。結果顯示:資訊系統建構,組織結構改造能力及組織成員創造力會顯著影響創新程度;資訊系統建構,組織結構改造能力及組織成員創造力對於經營績效之財務績效、市場績效有明顯差異;資訊系統建構、組織結構改造能力與組織成員創造力加入創新活動後,對經營績效有顯著影響。在創新程度高,且落實風險管理的執行度高時,對經營績效之市場績效和財務績效是有顯著影響的。
This study is focusing on the influence of information system, organizational structure reform ability and organizational member creativity on the degree of process innovation, and it takes Taiwan Banking Industry as research objects and verified with empirical analysis methodology. This study is discussing about the influence model of information system structure, organizational structure reform ability and organizational member creativity on the degree of process innovation. Also, the model has imbedded risk management as change variable and discussed about the degree of innovation to performance.
This study has issued 250 questionnaires and with 200 of them effective. The empirical conclusion is supported by statistics methodology of factor analysis, regression analysis, anova analysis and logistic analysis.
The result is presented as the following. First, information system structure, organizational structure reform ability and organizational member creativity will influence innovation significantly. Second, information system structure, organizational structure reform ability and organizational member creativity will influence financial performance and market performance greatly. Third, information system structure, organizational structure reform ability and organizational member creativity will develop degree of innovation and will be influence company performance positively. Finally, under higher degree of innovation and risk management, market performance and financial performance will be positively influenced.
