隨著現代科技與醫療能力的進步,年長者人口比例在多數國家中已逐漸上升,台灣也不例外,高齡化的人口結構已成為事實,為了擁有良好的身心靈,與期望有美好的退休後生活,保持不斷的運動是相當重要的課題。瑜珈是經過醫生建議及研究證實能促進樂齡者強健體魄,增加筋骨彈性,且對身體負擔相對輕微的運動,最大的優勢是沒有運動場域的限制。
樂齡族群從事瑜珈運動因肢體延展性限制需要輔具輔助,但鮮少針對樂齡設計或改善輔具之研究;本研究是依據資深瑜珈教學經驗與長期觀察現行瑜珈輔具得出現行瑜珈輔具無法滿足樂齡者的使用需求;因此,期待能透過品質機能展開輔以重新思考樂齡瑜珈輔具使用者的真正需求,設計出專屬樂齡者使用的輔具。
綜觀上述,本研究第一階段將進行焦點團體問卷訪談;將得到的瑜珈輔具使用需求以KJ法大項分類後作為下一階段品質屋建立之依據。
第二階段將大項因子作為品質機能展開屋的左牆,並依照KJ法大項分類作為產品需求的權重值。接著討論出對應的產品設計要素,並填入品質屋上排天花板。
第三階段藉由品質機能展開法依序找出重要的設計要素,並進行評估產品開發與建模程序。
最後第四階段進行產品提案及評估探討針對此瑜珈輔具開發過程進行總結與後續建議,期望樂齡族群可透過設計後的輔具完成瑜珈動作到位,更進而增進身心靈的健康,迎向美好的退休後樂活。
本研究結果最後透過品質機能展開法取得五大設計要素:擋牆防止背部偏移、具備摩擦力材料選用、尺寸漸變、輔助臀背坐靠、曲率變化,來設計出符合樂齡族群作瑜珈所需要的輔具。
With the advancement of modern technology and medical capabilities, the proportion of the elderly population has gradually increased in most countries. Taiwan is no exception, the aging population structure has become a reality. Maintaining constant exercise is a very important issue in order to have a healthy physicality and mentality after retirement. Yoga is an exercise that has been recommended by doctors and proved by research that can promote the elderly to strengthen their physique, increase the elasticity of their muscles and bones, and have a relatively light burden on the body. The biggest advantage is that there is no limitation on the sports field for Yoga.
Seniors who engage in yoga need assistive devices due to physical extensibility limitations but there are few studies on designing or improving assistive devices for seniors. This research is based on senior yoga teaching experience and long-term observation of current yoga assistive devices. The devices cannot fulfill the needs of seniors, so it is expected that QFD (Quality Function Deployment) can be used to redesign the exclusive devices for the seniors to meet their eal needs.
In view of the above, the first phase of this research will conduct a focus group interview to capture the requirements for seniors using yoga devices. And categorize by KJ method as the basis for the establishment of the QFD house in the next phase.
In the second stage, the major factors are used as the left wall of QFD house and determinded the weight value of the product requirements by KJ method. Then generate corresponding product design elements by R&D engineering perspective to fill up the upper row ceilings of the QFD house.
The third stage uses the QFD method to identify important design elements to evaluate product development and 3D modeling procedures.
In the final fourth stage, product proposal and evaluation result will be conducted to summarize the development process of this yoga device and follow-up suggestions. It is expected that the seniors can complete the yoga exercises through the designed device, and further improve the health of the body and mind to achieve happy lohas lifestyle after retirement.
The results of this research finally achieved five major design elements through the QFD method: retaining walls to prevent back deviation, selection of friction materials, gradual changes in size, assisted hip-back sitting, and curvature changes to design that meet the needs of seniors for yoga.
