  • 本研究主要的目的是在探討社區參與河內老城區街道景觀改善之適用性研究,以保存全區的價值(透過訪談、問卷、拍照和記錄、草圖繪製等方法)。
    具體而言,本研究目的為了瞭解與分析民眾參與在各國現實狀況的應用程序(根據文獻回顧與案例分析),以確定在越南區域現實狀況程序的應用(依據越南個案、越南法規跟社區參與有關的文件),並進而確定建立符合該區之都市設計準則,以提出改善河內老城區的街道景觀建議(基於樣本收集,從實地調查和相關參與式分析)。
    本研究成果對未來在河內老城區的街道景觀改善、社區參與方式,期待會有相當的影響與幫助,進而將這些成果經驗提供出來,應有助於解決在越南城市規劃更大問題。

    Based on data collection from field research (interviews, survey questionnaires, take pictures, records, layout-based sketches) of the pilot street (Hang Buom), the main aim of this study is to identify the applicability of community participation method in street landscape improvement of Hanoi Ancient Area, towards preservation the values of whole area.
    In addition, the purposes of this study are also to understand and identify the reality situation of the application method (based on literature review and case studies in the world which relates to method of community participation); to identify the reality situation of the application method in Vietnam up to date (based on case studies and legal bases for community participation in Vietnam); and to identify the appropriate urban design guidelines to improve street landscape of Hanoi Ancient Area (based on data collection from field research and participatory appraisal).
    The work presented here has profound implications for the future studies of community participation in street landscape improvement of Hanoi Ancient Area, and may one day these results will help solve the larger problems of urban planning in Vietnam.
