在醫療體系之中,由於量表的準確性以及評估的複雜度,使得簡易的檢測系統並未廣泛使用,並且在缺乏遠距醫療服務系統的情況下,常會影響病患延誤初次看診的時機而導致病情的延誤。
本研究的目的是開發一個遠距醫療初步診斷的資訊服務系統,提供肩頸痠痛慢性病病患進行肩頸痠痛自我診斷與檢測,並透過檢測資料庫、專家系統,在檢測後由電腦自動產生一份檢測報告,針對引起不適的因素提出建議的相關圖片與文字,達到診斷、自我健康管理及提醒就診等功能;病患可以在早期發現環境中的危害因素,並透過工作環境的改善及個人習慣的修正來降低病患肩頸痠痛的發生率,其背後所建立的龐大資料庫數據更可以提供政府未來發展疾病防治測驗時的參考。
本研究亦引用科技接受模型(TAM)科技-工作配適模型(TTF)來驗證系統,結果顯示檢測系統易於使用且提供資訊有效時,會增強使用者去使用檢測系統的意願;不過部分使用者由於自身的不良的生活習慣以及無法改變工作環境所帶來的外在因素等,則會降低使用者去使用檢測系統的意願。未來在系統改進上,藉由增加更多的工作性質的類別,並提供更詳細的建議文字與圖片或是抒壓教學帶,將可以改善此狀況。
Among the present healthcare systems, a simple detection system is not widely utilized because the accuracy of the scale and complexity of the evaluation. Moreover, patients may delay the moment of seeking medical advices and led symptoms worse if in the situation of lacking the telemedicine services.
The purpose of this study is to set up a telemedicine service, providing a self-diagnoses and examinations for the patients of neck and shoulder pains. With the database and expert systems, it will compose a feedback and report automatically. This will offer recommendations including images and descriptions whcih can remind patients to reduce neck and shoulder pains through modifying their working environments and personal habits. Besides, analyzing database in this system can be provided to authorties concerns in disease prevention and controlling tests in the future.
This study used Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and Technology - Task Fit model (TTF) to validate the system. The results showed that users are willing to operate the detection system if it is familiar to them and provides useful recommendations. However, some users may lack intention to use the detection system because their bad habits or external factors in working environments. Therefore, supplements to categories of careers, providing recommendations with detailed descriptions, graphics and video are necessary to improve this situation in the future.
