  • 本文將TRIZ方法中的演化趨勢、演化趨勢評估以及TRIZ創新法則,與品質機能展開法做整合,來發展評估產品未來演化趨勢的方法。首先,找出一系列功能相同、型態不同的產品,利用Cascini所提出的利用演化趨勢評估法,對產品之間的相對演化程度做比較,再利用演化趨勢所佔的權重做加總計算。
    接著本研究提出一個新方法來進行各種演化趨勢所占的權重計算,建立整合TRIZ與產品演化趨勢展開法的架構,來計算出各種演化趨勢,在產品中所占的重要性大小,以解決目前沒有一個系統化評估各種演化趨勢所占權重問題,而在使用整合TRIZ與產品演化趨勢展開法時,需要考慮演化理由、演化趨勢與產品性質的相關性,為了增加查詢時的效率,建立了演化理由對應演化法則表,方便使用者在做產品演化趨勢分析時查詢。
    最後利用整合TRIZ與產品演化趨勢展開法所得出的各個演化趨勢的總分,便可得知各演化趨勢所佔的權重,利用該權重即可比較產品間的演化程度以及找出重要的演化趨勢,反查創新法則,找出下一代產品可能發展型式。

    The objective of this thesis is developing a method for assessing the evolution trend of products in the future by integrating evolution trends, evolution trends assessment, TRIZ innovative rules, and quality function deployment. First, the designer can find a series of products, with same function but different features. By employing the assessing method for evolution trends proposed by Cascini, the designer can compare the evolution level of products, and calculated with the weight of evolution trends.
    This thesis focuses proposing a new method, by Integrating TRIZ and Product Evolution Trend Deployment to evaluate the weight of the evolution trends. It can solve the problem that there is not a systematized method for evaluating the weight of evolution trends. When employing this method, one needs to consider the relation of the reason for jumps, evolution trends, and the feature of products. To improve the efficiency of searching, this research constructs a Reason for Jumps versus Evolution rules table for helping the designer searching.
    Finally, using the score obtained by proposed new method, the designer can get the weight of evolution trends and using it to compare the evolution level and find the important evolution trend. The designer can based on this important evolution trend to find TRIZ innovative rule and figure out the possible feature of products for next generation.
