長期以來,意外事故一直是臺灣地區民眾的首要死因之一,其中又以機車肇事所導致的傷亡最為嚴重,再加上近年來由於行動電話的日益普及,在騎乘機車時使用行動電話的行為更是屢見不鮮,再加上立法院於民國85年12月三讀通過「道路交通管理處罰條例修正案」,強制騎乘機車時,前後座的乘客皆必須配戴機車安全帽,而市面上機車安全帽的種類可分為標準型、球盔型、及覆面型,因此,本研究旨在探討使用不同形式的安全帽,對於騎乘機車情境時通話品質及對週遭環境聲音敏銳度的影響。研究方法採實驗性研究,每位受試者必須接受不同的安全帽的通話品質及及對週遭環境聲音敏銳度測試,期望能夠找出通話作業對於配戴不同安全帽之機車騎士聽覺之影響,可提供未來在設計有關配備藍芽耳機安全帽的參考。
研究結果發現,安全帽型式並不會影響喇叭判斷方向之績效,因為影響不具顯著性。本實驗中安全帽型式與通話作業之間並無交互作用產生,但在通話作業實驗過程中對於喇叭判斷方向之績效有顯著的差異,由此可知,在聽覺上,通話作業的影響較安全帽型式來的顯著的多,全罩式安全帽明顯較優於其他兩種形式,因此,在安全帽設計上要使駕駛者容易感知喇叭聲,又要兼顧通話品質的話,還是建議使用全罩式安全帽較適合。冀分析結果能對於安全帽設計產業提出設計之規範及建議。
The accident has been one of primary causes of the death in Taiwan all the time, especially in motorcycle accident. And the mobile telephones are much popular in recent years, it is very common that people are using the mobile telephone while riding the motorcycle. In December,1996, Congress Legislative Yaun approved “The road traffic administration punish regulations ”.It forced riders and passengers must wear helmets while riding motorcycles, and there are three kinds of motorcycle safety helmets, standard type, jet type, and full-face type on the market. Therefore, this study is mainly discussing the hearing effects of the different form safety helmets. The hearing effects are conversation quality and sharp degree of environmental sound in the riding motorcycle situation. The research used in experimental study, each experimenter must test the conversation quality and the sharp degree of environmental sound of different safety helmets. The expectation can find out the influence on the motorcycle riders’ sense of hearing while having conversations in wearing different safety helmets. It will offer the designing relevant reference of allocating blue-tooth earphone safety helmet in the future.
The results find out that the form of the safety helmet will not influence the performances of judging the horns’ direction, because they do not have significant differences. There is no interaction between the form of the safety helmet and conversation in this experiment, but they have significant differences in conversation and the performances of judging the horns’ direction. Therefore, we can conclude that on the sense of hearing, the influences of the conversation are much more than the form of the safety helmet. The full-face type safety helmet is better than other two kinds of forms obviously. In the form of the safety helmet, if we want motorcycle riders to perceive the sound of horns easily and having good conversation quality. It is suggest that wearing the full-face type safety helmet. We hope final result can provide the criterion and suggestion for the design reference in the safety helmet manufacturer.
