  • 隨著東南亞與大陸的經濟開發,台灣以勞工為主的傳統產業逐漸失去了市場競爭力,服裝產業也不例外,為了克服勞工短缺所帶來的困境,台灣服裝業需要投入服裝設計的自動化工業,以提昇產業競爭力,因此導入電腦輔助設計系統是必需且迫切需要的。
    常見的電腦輔助服裝設計系統多半是協助服裝設計師在電腦上進行平面衣版設計、修改、縮放等動作,除了需要仰賴經驗豐富的設計師與打版師之外,在款式設計上也較為單調,因此本研究以三維服裝設計為目標,開發一套服裝設計自動化系統,讓服裝設計師能在人台模型上快速建立三維服裝樣式。其中,本研究結合平面衣版原型與幾何模型,以參數化設計來建構三維基本服裝樣式,利用B-spline 曲線、曲面來擬合出服裝特徵線與服裝曲面,透過互動式介面進行控制點的移動以編修出新的服裝造型,來達成服裝設計自動化目的,最後輸出三維服裝資料點,以進行攤平。
    本研究主要是完成基礎服飾設計自動化軟體,若能整合後續工作研究者的攤平打版排馬克程式,則本系統更具有打版馬克自動化的功能,以期能協助服裝業在三維模型上快速設計與製作衣版。

    On account of economic development in South-East Asia and China,the conventional industry based on laborer in Taiwan weaken its competition gradually. There is no exception in garment industry. To invoke automatic industry in garment design for the purpose of overcoming the problem is rather crucial.
    In general, most of the garment design system using computers play an auxiliary role. This kind of system provides the functions of two-dimensional pattern design, modification and scaling. It relies completely on the knowledge of experienced designers in order to operate
    properly. However, the designs from 2D pattern cannot be variety. For the purpose of preserve and create personal style in three-dimensional fashion design, we develop a garment design automation system. Not only provides frame creation but also its modification in three dimensions.
    It combines the techniques of parameterized geometric modeling and clothes pattern. B-spline curve and surface are utilized to interpolate the pivotal features of the garment. Through the provided interactive interface, the garment style is freely created by users will. Eventually, the 3D well-designed garment is then given for flattening as pattern in the next stage.
    The aim of the research is to develop a fundamental garment design automation system. The system will integrate with the pattern and marker planning subsystem, it would assist the garment industry fulfill the goal of design and tailor automation.
