蜂巢材料因具有質量輕、低熱導性與高吸能之優點,被廣泛應用於工程中,本研究主為探討二維蜂巢材料承受單軸固定應力作用下,其微構件剖面對蜂巢材料依時性潛變挫曲之影響。所謂蜂巢材料之潛變挫曲為蜂巢材料承受固定應力作用時,發生於潛變過程中之挫曲現象。利用有限元素套裝軟體ABAQUS,建立二維蜂巢材料之模擬無限域分析模式,印證蜂巢材料之彈性挫曲、單軸潛變應變速率後,進行具變剖面微構件蜂巢材料承受單軸固定應力作用之潛變挫曲數值分析,並因潛變挫曲在數值分析上較為複雜,故本文使用等值材料彈性模數之方式進行其數值分析,最後獲得具變剖面微構件蜂巢材料其施加固定應力與潛變挫曲破壞時間之關係,進而可得相同相對密度條件下微構件之最佳幾何構形。
