自動化為傳統產業提高生產效率與競爭力的重要途徑。而功能強大、價格合理的PC-Based 控制器為產業自動化與研發自主權提供一個良好的機會。由於個人電腦的功能日漸強大且軟硬體資源豐富,將PC-Based控制器應用於各種不同的多軸自動化系統,將可解決日前控制器昂貴之情形,且能廣泛的符合各種不同自動化功能的技術需求。因此,本論文以具有經濟效益的TPU材料自動化打樣裁切機做為研究對象,進行其系統核心軟體的架構設計,程式開發,模擬測試與性能評估,以彈性大與高功能性為訴求,設計與開發一套能符合目前市場需求的TPU材料自動化打樣裁切機。
To increase the efficiency and competition ability, automation is necessary for the convention industry. With the powerful functions and lower price, the PC-Based controller gives a very good opportunity for the automation and research independent of the convention industry.
As the functions of personal computer are increased very rapidly and the software resources are very fluent, the cost of PC-Based controller can be cut down. The open architecture PC-Based controller can be wildly applied in many automation applications. Therefore, the multi-axis machine tool controller is focused here. The design and implementation of the system software for this automatic TPU material sampling and cutting machine tool. controller are focused and investigated in this research project.
