以金屬鹽類行氧化性自由基反應所造成碳-碳鍵生成方法,在有機合成領域已經受到了相當注目。在眾多金屬鹽類中以醋酸錳(III)和硝酸鈰(IV)最為有效率。
本篇論文可分為幾部分:
第一,以醋酸錳(III)為自由基起始劑,來探討2-苯甲醯-1,4-苯醌化合物與1,3-雙羰基化合物的氧化性自由基加成環合行為。第二,證明2-苯甲醯-1,4-苯醌化合物與丁醯乙酸乙酯進行加成、環合機構。最後,研究半縮醛(hemiacetal)化合物96、97進行自由基反應之溶劑效應。
Oxidative free radical reaction mediated by metal salts has received considerable attention in organic synthesis for the construction of carbon–carbon bonds. Among these manganese(III) acetate and cerium(IV) ammonium nitrate have been used most efficiently.
There are three part in this research.
(1) Free radical reaction between 2-benzoyl-1,4-benzoquinones and 1,3-dicarbonyl compounds with the manganese(III) acetate.
(2) Proof of the mechanism of addition and cyclization between 2-benzoyl-1,4-benzoquinone and ethyl butyrylacetate.
(3) Discussion of the solvent effect on oxidative free radical cyclization reaction of hemiacetal compounds 96 and 97
