近幾十年來,自由基反應在有機合成上的應用已廣泛受到重視,利用自由基進行環合反應被應用於各種環狀化合物的合成。在進行環合反應時,所表現出的位向及立體選擇性更引起化學家的諸多興趣,而其中的烷基碸基自由基(Alkylsulfonyl radical)可與不飽和鍵進行加成反應或由反應中間體進行消去反應,有時甚至兼具兩者的角色,是一種多功能的自由基。
本論文將使用催化劑量的銀離子(I)搭配過硫酸根離子於水溶液系統生成銀離子(II),利用銀離子(II)氧化對甲苯磺酸根陰離子(Ts-)作為碸基自由基的來源,以及用加熱方法搭配過硫酸根離子的氧化來進行對氮-乙基-氮-苯基醯胺碸基化合物的自由基環合反應。
In recent decades, there has been a growing interest in the application of radical cyclization in organic synthesis. These reactions involving in the free radicals have been widely used in synthesis of various cyclic compounds. These reactions exhibit in regio- and stereo-selectivity bring about a lot of interest of chemists. Alkylsulfonyl radical can undergo addition reaction with unsaturated bond; or elimination reaction of intermediate, or both of them. Thus, alkylsulfonyl radical is a multi-function radical.
In this thesis, we use a catalytic amount of silver ions (I) with persulfate in the aqueous system to generate silver ions (II). The use of silver ions (II) oxidizing p-toluenesulfinate (Ts-) is taken as sulfonyl radical source. In addition, oxidation of the persulfate in heating condition facilitates the free radical cyclization of N-ethyl-N-phenyl amide sulfonyl compounds.
