本論文旨在深入探討拉岡心理分析倫理中的康德－薩德式倫理辯證，並嘗試解決當中諸道德主張之問題。拉岡在其1959至1960年的《第七講座：心理分析倫理》上，採用佛洛伊德學說中的慾望物（das Ding）概念作為論述核心，挑戰西方的傳統道德體系。此外，他於其心理分析倫理的探討中對康德與薩德式倫理辨證提出深入與精采的分析。質言之，拉岡宣稱薩德的倫理主張跟康德是一致的，儘管他們外表上有顯著的差異。面對此一爭辯，本論文將展開拉岡心理分析倫理中的康德－薩德式辨證分析旅程：以佛洛伊德心理學為起點，繼而以康德的道德律、薩德的淫爽與罪惡為過程，藉由分析康薩二人的倫理學對反，我亦將討論拉岡的道德主張中的問題。最後，我將探討主體爭奪欲望對象時與大他者所發生的問題，並對拉岡倫理學裡的問題提出三個解決的建議。

This thesis aims to explore the Kantian-Sadean ethical antithesis in Jacques Lacan’s ethics of psychoanalysis, and then tries to solve the problems in his moral claims. Lacan adopts the Freudian concept of das Ding as the pivotal idea to challenge the traditional moral system in The Seminar of Jacques Lacan, Book VII, The Ethics of Psychoanalysis 1959-1960. Besides, he also provides the reader with an in-depth analysis of the Kantian-Sadean dialectic in his psychoanalytical idea of ethics. In truth, Lacan argues that Kant’s and Sade’s claims of ethics are in fact the same, regardless the obvious differences between them. Facing this argument, I will embark my analytical journey of the Kantian-Sadean dialectic in Lacan’s ethics of psychoanalysis by discussing Freud’s psychology, Kant’s moral law, and Sade’s jouissance and vice. I will then discuss problems of Lacan’s moral claims by analyzing the Kantian-Sadean ethical antithesis in his ethics of psychoanalysis. At the end of my thesis, I will, in dealing with the subject struggling for the desiring Object with the Other, suggest three solutions for the problems of Lacan’s ethics.
