Paradigm shifts tend to destabilize an industry, and their frequency is likely to increase in today's rapidly changing technology. Therefore, in the context of the paradigm shift in technology, how enterprises need to adjust and transform their existing business models to face the challenges of paradigm shift and continue to operate sustainably is a topic worth discussing. In this research, we will use the view of Business Model and Assemblage Theory to understand how enterprises adjust their business model, for the model of enterprises in technology transfer situations. In research methods, this research adopts the case study method of qualitative research method to explore and analysis of practical cases. At the same time, this study through the method of triangulation to select the cases of scooter dealers, the key lies in the fact that they operate in the scooter industry in the situation of the model on technology transfer, and in this paradigm shift, further lead to the rise of electric scooters, and gives the traditional brand scooter dealers a great deal of threat, is a part of the traditional brand scooter dealer, began to observe and try to learn emerging brand of electric scooter dealers business model, and aims at both the business model of adjustment. In research and discussion, we took the point of Assemblage Theory to present the business model canvas of each scooter dealer, and mainly describe the business model canvas of the traditional brand scooter dealer in transition. Also, this study provides some contributions to academic and practical. Finally, the research limitations and future research directions are explained.
