機電系統整合工程在建築營造工程當中扮演著重要的角色,舉凡高科技光電產業建廠、傳統公共工程以及民生相關營造工程無不可見其應用,然而機電系統施工種類多樣且複雜讓施工現場存在許多不確定因素,施工物料的需求更因此隨之變動,使得企業在面對同業的激烈競爭之外仍必須管理物料的需求波動。
本研究案例以專案執行的方式承攬機電工程營造業務,工程物料的成本占整體成本結構中的70%,同一時間也存在多項施工專案在執行,並設有物料倉庫以緩衝各專案物料前置時間的差異。
施工過程的不確定性常造成物料需求誤差,高估需求下所剩的餘料會造成浪費,低估需求則使現場物料短缺,然而專案活動也缺乏物料存貨的監控機制,欠缺的物料必須再次追加,物料採購花費的增加帶動總體成本攀升。如何建立起物料存貨有效的監控機制為研究探討的議題之一,另一方面則以風險共擔策略探討現場取料模式的改善契機,在監控機制下決策較適合的取料次數,建構有效的決策支援系統以達到降低總成本的目標。
本研究以Microsoft Excel表單以及後端的Visual Basic for Application (VBA)程式實作即時性的存貨系統記錄每一筆存貨異動,再透過Google雲端服務隨處存取的特性達成跨部門的功能,並觀察模擬最佳化的結果,調整存貨系統內各專案最佳的取料次數以輔助決策。在存貨系統的輔助下各專案完工總成本可降低約11.7%,且在不同情境下也證明存貨系統能有穩健的表現。
The electric mechanical is one important part of construction engineering. But there exist many uncertain factors in the electric mechanical engineering workshop causing inventory management is difficult. The case of this study is implementation of electric mechanical engineering. The variability present during the construction process usually causes errors in material demand prediction. Material shortage which occurs must be purchased to make up for the insufficient quantity, causing budget overrun. To solve this problem, this study implements a real-time inventory system in Microsoft Excel using spreadsheets and Visual Basic for Application (VBA) modules, and these spreadsheets having the material information are shared via cloud computing service. Then, using simulation optimization to improve the material pick-up process by determining the optimal number of material pick-up rounds. According to the simulation result, if using the real-time inventory system which includes decision support function, the total cost can be reduced by approximately 11.7% and the robustness of the real-time inventory system is proved by sensitivity analysis.
