  • 道路運輸在我們的日常生活中扮演一個重要的角色,因為道路使得建築物、城市、甚至是國家之間能互相連通,而道路的狀況不僅僅和駕駛體驗相關,也和駕駛安全有關係,因此,如何保持道路的狀況良好是一個需要思考的大議題。道路巡查是道路維護中一個必要階段,雖然現在已經有現存的道路巡查方法,例如:派遣道路巡查員到負責區域進行巡查或是衛星巡查車的引進,但都需要大量的人力、時間或是金錢。所以,本篇論文提出了一個道路巡查輔助系統,這個系統由手機應用程式、網站、伺服器及資料庫組成,駕駛人可以利用手機應用程式同時拍攝街景影片以及紀錄地理資訊,收集到的地理資訊會即時的上傳到後端伺服器,經過伺服器的分析,所有車輛的行經路線會顯示在網站上供巡查員觀看,巡查員可以從中選擇自己想巡查的路段,而對應的路段影片會被要求上傳,最後,透過觀看路段影片,巡查員可以完成道路巡查工作。這個輔助系統可以讓原本的道路巡查作業更有效率,並且不需要昂貴的成本。

    Road transportation plays an important role in our lives because roads connect buildings, cities, and countries. The condition of road surfaces is related not only to driving experience but also to driving safety. Therefore, how to keep roads in good condition is a big issue to be taken into consideration. Road inspection is a necessary stage in road maintenance. Although there are existing solutions to road inspection, such as visual inspections in person or the introduction of satellite inspection vehicles, high demands for manpower, time, and money are required. In this thesis, an auxiliary system for road inspection is developed. The system is composed of the mobile application, the website, the server and the database. The mobile application allows drivers to record videos during their trip, like a dashboard camera. Besides, the timestamps, GPS coordinates and speed are recorded as well. The collected data, except videos, are uploaded to the server automatically. Through analysis of data, the roads which have been traversed by vehicles will be displayed on the webpage. Road inspectors can choose the roads which they want to inspect, and those who have the videos about the inspected roads will be requested to upload the videos. At last, road inspectors are able to accomplish their duties only via watching the videos on the website. Thus, the developed system is an efficient and inexpensive alternative to road inspection.
